Ras Ofi is asked whether responsibility for slavery belongs to Europeans, Arabs, Africans who participated in the trade, or all sides.
His answer does not ignore African participation but he also distinguishes between people who participated in the trade and communities attacked or captured by force.
This is one of the most difficult questions in the entire Badagry conversation.
