Julius Malema addresses one of the most debated aspects of his political message during this EFF election rally in KwaZulu-Natal. In this speech, he says:
_"I never said white people must leave South Africa. I said return the land so that we share the minerals of this country together."_
He argues that South Africa’s resources should benefit everyone rather than a select few, using the analogy of a table where, in his view, some "sit and eat alone" while others are excluded. He calls for what he describes as the restoration of dignity through land ownership, saying that access to land is the foundation of property ownership, economic participation and equal opportunity.
