The president of Rwanda, Paul Kagame says money is a commodity but prosperity is a state of the mind. President Paul Kagame was speaking in Seoul, South Korea while accepting a honorary doctorate degree from Yonsei University. President Kagame then chronicled Rwanda’s economic and technological development from the time of the genocide 30 years ago till today.
