President Paul Kagame of Rwanda says Congo cannot be trusted for breaking agreements to stop the current tension between the two countries. He reiterates that Rwanda is ready to defend herself and warns against hate speeches coming out of Kinshasa. President Paul Kagame accuses Congo of harbouring, supporting and sponsoring remnants of the Rwandan genocides to destabilise Rwanda.
