The 2016 edition of the yearly Afrikadag (Africa day) organised by Foundation Max van der Stoel took place at the Tropen Museum in Amsterdam on Saturday 5 November 2016.. The main theme for this edition is the relationship between Europe and Africa. Furthermore, there were extensive cultural programmes, documentaries and an African marketplace.
