President Uhuru Kenyatta finally speaks about the election which produced William Ruto (his deputy) as his successor. He was speaking after the Supreme Court of Kenya ruled that the elections were free and fair. Uhuru Kenyatta says the judiciary must be scrutinised by the people of Kenya. He however pledges to obey the constitution and hand over power in a smooth and orderly manner.
