PLO Lumumba says foreign interference in Africa affairs started with slavery. It is a pity that history is not taught in many African countries. Prof PLO Lumumba was speaking during the 10th National Security Symposium jointly organized by the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College and the University of Rwanda. He shared the stage with Moderator, Joseph Warungu, AU Chairperson, Mahamat Moussa Faki, Rwanda’s foreign minister, Dr Vincent Biruta, and activist Brian Tamuka Kagoro.
